Using this website
This website introduces Finlay Facilities Services and lets you ask about cleaning and facilities services. These terms cover use of the website and enquiries. Any work is subject to the arrangements agreed directly with Finlay for that job.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote or receiving an acknowledgement does not confirm a booking, reserve a date, guarantee availability or commit either party to proceed. Finlay will discuss the requirements and confirm the proposed work, price, timing and any job-specific conditions directly. A service agreement is made separately when both parties agree the arrangements.
Any initial indication of price, availability or suitability is subject to confirmation for your property and requirements. Please tell us about relevant access restrictions or specialist requirements so these can be considered before work is agreed. Do not assume work is booked solely because you have submitted the form.
Following up
We use the contact details you leave to respond by email or phone about your enquiry. Please check they are accurate. Website enquiries are not an emergency-response service, and no particular response time is promised unless agreed directly.

Website information
Service descriptions and images provide a general introduction. The work suitable for a particular property, its scope, availability and price must be discussed directly. Information may change, and we may correct errors or update the website. Any agreed service remains subject to its own terms and your applicable legal rights.
The animated homepage scene uses AI-generated illustrative imagery and does not show a Finlay client property or an actual cleaning result. The separate before-and-after gallery contains photographs carried over from Finlay’s previous website.
Fair use and privacy
Please use the website lawfully and do not submit spam, harmful content or information you are not entitled to share. Do not send passwords, alarm codes, payment-card details or other sensitive information through an enquiry. Our privacy notice explains how enquiry information is handled.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer rights. These website terms do not replace or retrospectively change the terms of work already agreed with Finlay.
Updates and questions
